Gearing up for an outbound flight, Ashlee Simpson was spotted arriving at LAX International Airport. The “Pieces of Me” singer looked cute and casual in a white shirt, black jacket, black hat and pink shorts as she strolled through the terminal.
In real estate news, Ashlee has finally sold her Beverly Hills house, though she definitely took a loss on the property. Back in 2007, Simpson purchased the home for $4.5 million, and she recently let it go for $3.475 million. The listing stated, "The multilevel home includes a beamed cathedral ceiling, a fitness room, a media room, five bedrooms and 6 1/2 bathrooms in 7,100 square feet."
