Even after filing for divorce, pop star Ashlee Simpson re-united with her husband Pete Wentz for a family day out with their son. The estranged couple, who applied for divorce just after two years of marriage, was spotted together in California, accompanied by a male friend, his two children and their own two-year-old son Bronx, reported Daily Mail online. The 26-year-old singer was seen holding her son while Wentz, 32, followed the pair holding the hands of the friend’s daughter. The soon-to-be former couple, who is in the process of a complete separation, have maintained a close relationship with each other for the benefit of their son. Ashlee was earlier in the news for collaborating with elder sister Jessica Simpsons on a fashion line for teens. The sister-duo is set to co-design a range of clothes, which will be sold under the Jessica Simpson Collection banner, aimed at young fashion-forward females.
