Pete has confirmed that she will not join the group. “[Ashlee] is such a great artist, and we made a deal with ourselves that we’d be supportive of each other,” Pete said. “We share a son, we write songs together to sing to him, we help each other. But she wasn’t ever going to sing in the band.”
