Ashlee Simpson close with new partner: Ashlee Simpson has been spotted getting rather friendly with D.R.U.G.S frontman Craig Owens, who just-so-happens to be on Ashlee's recent ex-hubby's record label Decaydance.

Ashlee has only been divorced from Pete Wentz for just a month, and it looks like she is bouncing back! With the very cosy picture above emerging, an insider had the following to say: "Craig is a longtime friend and was comforting Ashlee during this difficult time. She's not moving on. There's no race for a new relationship. They're friends. Ashlee and Pete's split is amicable and they're working together to make this as positive a situation for [2-year-old son] Bronx as possible. Right now her attention is on Bronx and some new work projects she has coming up. That's it.

Ashlee Simpson enjoy with her son Bronx: Ashlee Simpson took her son Bronx to the annual Milk + Bookies event on Sunday in LA. The fundraiser hosts a large library of books for celebrities to sign and donate to children in need. The mother and son also enjoyed some playtime during their charitable morning as they met Yo Gabba Gabba! characters and listened to stories. Ashlee has been hanging out close to home with her little one and family in the wake of her split from Bronx's dad, Pete Wentz. The exes are making the best of their pending divorce and were spotted out together before he headed on tour with his new band Black Cards last week.

Ashlee Simpson's Michigan reciprocity: Well, that didn't take long. Ashlee Simpson is reportedly hooking up with another rocker just a month after filing for divorce from Pete Wentz of Fall Out Boy. Eonline.com posted a photo Thursday of Simpson getting friendly with former Chiodos lead singer -- and Michigander -- Craig Owens, 26. The Davison native formed D.R.U.G.S. (Destroy Rebuild Until God Shows) last summer; the band is to play the 2011 Vans Warped Tour. Here's the sticky part: Owens is signed to Wentz's Decaydence label, and Wentz helped him form D.R.U.G.S.
